22) we watched as the river carried dad's ashes (& the white cloth it was wrapped in) away.bye dad...we love you.

thank you, lai yin, for putting it down so quickly for all of us to see. it is like being there with all of you. i am very moved by your sharing your father's last few days with us. you made his journey very clear. like your mum said, he is now free to travel wherever and whenever he wishes. looking at these pictures, i feel like i too was able to say goodbye to him.
